It is located within the conservation area of Belgravia, and Torquay rail and bus stations are nearby. Nigel and Lynne welcome you to their friendly, informal guest house, which will feel like a home-from-home. Recently awarded 4 stars in recognition of its high standards, the Newburgh is the perfect place in which to unwind, whether for a full fortnight, week, long weekend or short midweek break. For your cleanliness and comfort, the Newburgh is a non-smoking guest house. The pictures shown of the Newburgh are all up to date, although the planted area at the front is constantly being improved. For a special occasion of any kind, a welcoming bouquet of flowers can be arranged. As the Newburgh is a family-run guest house, it does not accept bookings from stag or hen parties, or from same-sex groups of more than 2 people.
